Bobs Lake Cottages & Escapes has 35 total beds available, if all the King beds were made up as extra-long twins. There are 15 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 is accessible with an accessible ensuite bathroom and a ramp to enter from outside (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 also has a day bed and a roll-out bed underneath (sleeps 4)
Bedroom 3 also has 2 chair beds (sleeps 4)
Bedrooms 4 and 5 both have king beds (sleeps 2 in each room)
Bedroom 6 is a second living room/kitchen and has a couch that opens to a queen bed

If all beds are separated, chair beds and couch opened, there is a total of 15 beds

Each bedroom has 2 extra-long twins. In addition, one of the bedrooms has bunk beds. There is a kitchen, a dining table with 6 chairs, and a large living room with a large flatscreen TV. There is a Malm gas fireplace and a gas grill on the deck. There is a narrow fold-out bed in the living room.

If beds are separated, there is a total of 7 beds

One bedroom has a king bed that can separate into 2 extra-long twins. One bedroom is quite small, with a queen bed and a rollaway under it. There is a large kitchen and large dining room table but small living room with small flatscreen TV. The deck is covered. The gas grill for this cottage is down by the lake.

If beds are separated, and roll-away used, there is a total of 4 beds

Four bedrooms, each with 2 extra-long twins. One bedroom is accessible. There are 2 bathrooms, one accessible with roll-in shower and separate bathtub. The back bedroom with outside entrance has an ensuite bathroom. There is also a small and very low loft that you get to from a drop-down ladder that has a double bed mattress, and a window.

If beds on main floor are separated, there is a total of 8 beds

Our cozy Little House has it all. The bedroom, with 4-poster queen bed, has glass on two sides. Right out the bedroom door is a private hot tub. The bathroom has a double sink and a soaking tub. There is a modern Malm gas fireplace in the living room and cathedral ceilings. The front deck has steps that lead right into the lake.
